Responsibilities
As a Trainee Optical Assistant, you’ll create an outstanding store environment for customers and teammates, ensuring every patient receives the best care in our stores.

* Excellent communication and listening skills
* Prepared to step out of your comfort zone and try something new

Desirable Experience
* Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
* Experience in optics or audiology business (preferred but not essential)
* Basic knowledge of optical or audiology terminology
