LSEC is committed to driving up academic standards and achieving outstanding performance. We are seeking a dedicated team member to support our operational and strategic priorities.
The post holder will collaborate with quality team members to support the College's priorities, aiming to enhance academic standards and performance. Responsibilities include liaising with senior leaders to ensure robust quality systems, advising on changes, providing training for compliance, supporting curriculum and qualification approval processes, investigating quality issues, and maintaining knowledge of quality initiatives within frameworks like Ofsted, Ofqual, and JCQ. The role also involves communicating updates, developing CPD, and being the quality link for our sub-contracted provision and vocational areas.
