Modernise: Implement structured processes, safety protocols (H&S), and modern manufacturing standards.
Unify: Act as the voice of reason, improving communication within a diverse workforce.
Grow: Use your commercial acumen to maintain key customer relationships and drive operational efficiencies.What We Need From You:
Leadership: Proven experience leading a manufacturing site with broad oversight (Production, Supply Chain, Commercial, HR).
People First: Experience managing diverse, multinational teams is essential. You must be a visible leader who walks the floor, while retaining a strategic focus.
Strategic Balance: The ability to respect the company's successful history while firmly guiding it toward a modern future.Your Rewards:
Salary: £85,000 - £90,000.
Bonus: 5-10% Performance driven.
