Job Description:
* As a Business Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and building strong customer relationships in the business area.
* Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager, this role requires a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a proven track record in business-to-business sales.
* You will have experience of selling an interior specified product into the commercial office, education, residential, healthcare and retail sectors together with a successful sales background of achievement within architects, designers, end users, office fit out contractors and flooring contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Own the sales strategies and tactics to achieve or exceed sales targets within your assigned business area.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, prospecting, and lead generation.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, architects, designers, contractors, and other stakeholders in the commercial construction industry.
4. Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to develop annual sales forecasts, budgets, and action plans for your business area.
