We are seeking enthusiastic and committed graduates to provide targeted academic support to students who need it most. This is a rewarding role where you will see the direct impact of your work while developing essential skills for a future career in teaching. As a Graduate Tutor, you will be a vital part of our student support system.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

* Delivering high-quality online tutoring to individual students and small groups with 1-10 students
* Supporting disadvantaged students to close learning gaps and build confidence in their studies
* Collaborating with our Subject Directors to plan and tailor sessions to meet student needs
* Monitoring and reporting on student progress, adapting your approach to ensure success

Who We're Looking For

* A recent graduate with a strong academic background in a subject with significant Maths, Science, English, or Humanities elements
* A natural communicator with the ability to explain complex topics clearly and patiently
* A self-motivated, flexible, and organised individual who can work with initiative in a remote setting.
* Someone with a genuine passion for education and supporting young people. (Previous tutoring or teaching experience is a plus, but not required—we provide full training)
* Someone confident in presenting online lessons and can engage and build relationships with vulnerable learners
* Confident use of ICT - Google Suite knowledge is advantageous
