Job Title: Nursery Room Leader - Bromley
Location: 5 Blyth Road, Bromley, BR1 3RS
Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum
Hours: 5-day 41.25 hours, with 4-day working options
Reports to: Nursery Manager
What You Bring
* Passion and Expertise: A deep understanding of child development, Birth to 5 Matters, and the EYFS curriculum.
* Lead by Example: Inspire and guide your team, creating a positive and engaging learning environment for children.
* Qualifications: A Level 2 qualification in Childcare and either actively working towards a Level 3 or already holding a Level 3 qualification.
* Strong Communication Skills: Ability to engage with children, parents, and your team, providing clear and constructive feedback.
* Commitment to Safety: A strong focus on safeguarding, health & safety, and confidentiality, ensuring a secure environment for all.
