Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and strategic Social Media Manager to lead our social media efforts across multiple platforms. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and drive website traffic and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company's marketing goals.
* Create, curate, manage and publish content (images, video, written posts) across all social channels (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, TikTok, Pinterest, Bluesky etc.).
* Monitor, listen, and engage with audiences across platforms, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner.
* Track, analyse, and report on social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversion rates, etc.), using insights to optimize strategy and advertising placements.
* CRM management and strategy creation through to actioning routine mailings.
* Manage and handle ratings reviews across platforms (eg Trustpilot, Judge.Me)
* Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, sales, customer service) to ensure brand consistency, and leverage campaigns.
* Stay up to date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms.
* Manage social media advertising campaigns (paid social) where applicable.
* Plan and oversee social media content calendars and campaign schedules.
* Identify and manage influencer and brand partnership opportunities.
Required Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role (minimum 3 years).
* Strong knowledge of major social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
* Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Klaviyo for CRM, BigVU etc).
* Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
* Ability to analyse social metrics and translate them into actionable insights especially with regards to optimising ad spend.
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
* Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with paid social advertising (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, etc.).
* Graphic design and/or video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
* Familiarity with SEO and web traffic metrics.
