The great news is that were growing, and thats a good problem to have. Following continued business growth and internal promotions within the team, were now looking for a Receptionist / Administrator to join us at our Norwich office.
This is a role for someone who enjoys being at the centre of things, youll be the first point of contact for candidates walking through the door, a key support to our sales consultants, and an important part of keeping the office running smoothly day to day.
What the role involves:
Answering and directing incoming calls professionally and warmly Meeting and greeting candidates visiting the office Supporting the sales team with day:to:day administration Assisting with the candidate registration process Supporting internal compliance checks and documentation General office administration as required
What were looking for:
Experience in a receptionist, administrator, or office support role A confident, professional telephone manner Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills Someone who thrives in a busy, people:focused environment Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
