HR Advisor Ipswich (office-based – must be able to drive due to location) Temporary Ongoing Up to £40,000 per annum Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm/ 8:30am-4:30pm We are supporting a well-established organisation in Ipswich with the appointment of a Temporary HR Advisor to provide hands-on HR support during a period of cover. This is a great opportunity for a CIPD Level 3 qualified HR professional who enjoys a varied, operational role. Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day HR advisory support to managers and employees across the business Support employee relations matters including absence management, disciplinaries, and grievances (with guidance where required) Administer the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contracts, letters, and offboarding Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with GDPR and internal policies Support recruitment activity, including coordinating interviews and offer documentation Assist with HR reporting, data entry, and general HR administration Act as a reliable point of contact for HR queries, escalating where appropriate About You: CIPD Level 3 qualified (essential) Previous experience in an HR Advisor or HR Administrator role Confident supporting managers with day-to-day HR matters Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Comfortable working in a fast-paced, office-based environment Must be able to drive ...
