We are a specialized ERP consulting firm working with mid-sized manufacturing companies using Epicor ERP. We are looking for a detail-oriented outbound specialist to build and manage a targeted cold email engine.
This is NOT a generic mass email role. We operate in a highly specific niche and require precision and strong deliverability practices.
Your Responsibilities:
Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify qualified manufacturing companies (50–500 employees) using Epicor ERP
Identify decision-makers (CIO, VP Operations, Controller, IT Director, ERP Manager)
Research buying signals (Epicor 10 → Kinetic migration, hiring ERP roles, recent ERP-related activity)
Build clean, accurate lead lists
Set up and manage the cold email infrastructure (domains, inboxes, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, warming, sending limits)
Configure and operate Smartlead (or similar platform)
Write and test short, natural, non-salesy outreach emails
Track metrics (emails sent, open rates, reply rates, positive replies, meetings booked)
Maintain clean tracking in CRM
You Are a Good Fit If You:
Have proven experience running B2B cold email campaigns in niche industries
Understand domain reputation and deliverability best practices
Can safely scale sending volume without damaging sender reputation
Focus on quality targeting, not just high volume
Communicate clearly and provide weekly reporting
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 40 hours per week.
