Are you an Administrator with availability for 3 months to work in Newbridge with one of the most desirable private house builders in the country? Our client is looking for a Temporary Construction Administrator to join their team from the 6th of October until at least the festive break to assist with current workload. This is a fast paced role providing support to a range of stakeholders so we are looking for someone with strong administrative experience to hit the ground running. Day to day duties / responsibilities include: Maintain health and Safety documentation. Produce quarterly Premier Reports. Maintain the Director Inspection Matrix. Manage the training Matrix – arrange training, approvals, PO requests, coins, invoice approvals. Manage month End Training Matrix to Department Heads & Group HR report for upcoming training/fails/cancellations. Monitor habitation numbers for each month. Manage Completion Cert submissions to Building Control / departmental stakeholders. Manage NHBC Portals and others as required. We are looking for those with really strong administrative skills who can commit to the duration of the contract from October the 6th until Christmas.
