Ensure applications are integrated with internal monitoring and support processes before go-live. Implement and support SSO integrations via Entra ID, including app registrations and troubleshooting. Apply organisational security controls, including Conditional Access, MFA, and secure account management. Support security assurance activities, including architecture reviews, supplier security assessments, and remediation actions. Produce and maintain support models, runbooks, and onboarding checklists. Act as a technical escalation point for complex incidents related to authentication and access.
