The successful candidate will be primarily based at Accrington and Rossendale campus but may be required to travel across sites. What You Will Be Doing:You’ll be involved in every aspect of course planning, including developing schemes of work, lesson plans, and teaching resources, all while building strong relationships with your learners. Your efforts will contribute to improving student retention, attendance, and success rates, and you’ll play a key role in shaping the curriculum to best meet students’ needs.
