Position Overview:
As an Electrical Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing electrical projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. You will collaborate closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver projects that exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities:

Project Management: Lead and manage electrical projects from initiation to closeout, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
2.
Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly.
3.
Team Leadership: Provide guidance and direction to electrical teams, subcontractors, and vendors, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment.
4.
Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards throughout all project phases.
5.
Budget Control: Monitor project budgets, expenses, and financial forecasts, implementing cost-saving measures where possible.
6.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively resolving issues to minimize disruptions and delays.
7.
Reporting: Prepare regular progress reports, updates, and documentation for clients and stakeholders, keeping them informed of project status and milestones.

Problem Solving: Analyze technical challenges and develop innovative solutions to overcome obstacles and optimize project outcomes.
9.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and efficiencies, driving continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.

Health and Safety: Promote a culture of safety on-site, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and best practices.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
* Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager in the construction industry, preferably within a mechanical and electrical contracting firm.
* Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
* PMP or similar project management certification is desirable but not essential.
