The Salisbury Arms Hotel is set in an iconic 18th-century building in the centre of the historic town of Hertford. This traditional hotel has undergone a transformational refurbishment, restoring the listed building to its original beauty with additions such as a stunning garden terrace, private dining room, and incredible period features. Accompanied by locally sourced menus, premium wines, and locally brewed beers.

Kitchen Manager Role

Ideal Candidate
The ideal Kitchen Manager will have:
* The ability to cook and present dishes in line with specifications in a busy environment
* The capability to deliver food GP% to budget
* Experience in stocktaking and management of stock control
* Excellent communication skills
* Exemplary standards of personal hygiene and presentation
* The ability to recruit, train, and coach junior team members
* A strong understanding of food health and safety
Previous experience as a Head Chef/Kitchen Manager in a busy kitchen is essential. You must be keen to develop, willing to take on responsibility, and remain calm under pressure.
