This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity for a motivated leader with strong supervisory experience looking to progress within an expanding business.Key Duties:
* Supervising and supporting backshift logistics operations to ensure smooth daily performance
* Leading, motivating, and managing a team to meet productivity and operational targets
* Monitoring staff performance, attendance, and workflowEnsuring health & safety procedures are followed at all times
* Managing shift planning and staff allocation effectively
* Maintaining high standards of efficiency, accuracy, and customer service
* Reporting operational issues and implementing solutions quicklySupporting the training and development of team members
Requirements:
* Previous supervisory or team leader experience within logistics, warehouse, or
* Operational environments
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting
* Good problem-solving and organisational skills
* Flexible, reliable, and proactive approach
* Knowledge of health & safety procedures
