Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Account Executive (B2B) to join the team. You will identify opportunities, engage with clients, and maintain strong customer relationships to drive sales. This role involves providing excellent customer support, offering educational sales guidance, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and the successful implementation of sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and develop new business opportunities
* Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
* Provide expert advice and support to customers throughout the sales process
* Meet with clients at their premises to understand needs and present solutions
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction
* Process orders, provide sales estimates, and manage administrative tasks related to client accounts
* Achieve and exceed sales targets
The Right Person Will Have:
* Proven experience in the window and door industry
* Experience as an order processor, sales estimator, or in an administrative role with customer service responsibilities
* Strong skills in sales, lead generation, and client relationship management
* Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
* Proficient in CRM software and other sales tools
* Highly motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
Salary: £28,000 – £32,000
