We're on the lookout for a talented Senior Social Media AccountDirector to expand our Marketing team to help us support and grow thedepartment, based at Visualsoft House in Stockton-on-Tees or ourNewcastle office in Grey Street!

As a Senior Social Media Account Director, you will beresponsible and accountable for the success and delivery ofVisualsoft's Social service. You will own a portfolio of socialclients and become the go-to key relationship stakeholder for social.Relationships and client centricity are key as your key objective isto grow your portfolio's return ensuring the social product/service isinnovative, efficient and delivered to the highest possible quality.
In this role, we're looking for someone to lead and ensureimplementation of the client portfolio, across all relevant platformsto the product/service, constantly delivering ROI. By utilising thelatest ‘best in class’ technology and leveraging partnerships to driveexcellence, you will put the client first reacting and adapting whenrequired with a strategic mindset.
Strategy and impeccableexecution is key to the role, ensuring that clients benefit from thesocial service and have a clear and transparent view of the workcarried out.
What you'll be doing:
* Overallresponsibility for client portfolio social relationship
* Overall responsibility for client portfolio retention
* Overall responsibility for client portfolio happiness, measured byNPS & CSAT.
* Maintain highest standards of socialimplementation and execution
* Continuously strive to producethe highest results for Visualsoft clients via social
* Coach,mentor and train other Visualsoft staff members to produce the highestquality social work for clients.
* Constantly strive toimprove and maintain processes and procedure documents
* Bethe go to within your client portfolio for all things social
* Identify and execute client training raising social understandingwhere required
* Maintain and increase efficiency of theexecution and implementation of social across your client portfolio
* Develop the service offering to maintain best in classstandard
* Responsible for commercial growth of the clientportfolio using social
* Identify and assist with salesopportunities within your portfolio
* Handle and prepare salesdocumentation and sales pitches within your portfolio
* Lead,speak and engage at external events and conferences
* Maintainexpert knowledge at the forefront of social. Stay up to date withemerging tech and trends.
Requirements
This role requires someone with exceptionalcommunication and client relationship/management skills and who is anabsolute expert within the social industry.
The ability tolead clients and work alongside high performing teams influencingclients and internal stakeholders is essential, using technology andindustry leading practices.
* Extensive proven experience either agency or client sidespecialising in social
* Extensive experience of socialmanagement
* Proven expertise in external social platforms andtools, analytics, forecasting and measurement
* Experience inbuilding and executing social strategies, whether in-house or forclients
* Working to tight deadlines as a team and as anindividual
* Client-facing experience at a senior level
* Client meeting experience and proven strategy presentation skills
* Analytical and data driven

* Experience in ecommerce
* Experience in other digital media channels
