We are seeking a Registered Building Control Technical Manager to lead our Building Control team. The legislative landscape is changing and in this important role, you will manage and develop the team to ensure a safe built environment for residents and businesses within West Lancashire. You will also be the Council's technical lead in further implementing the new building safety regime.
You will bring expertise and competence in the building regulations and associated legislation, along with the ability to lead and develop our skilled team.
