LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is recruiting Evening Chefs to join our Hotel Kitchen Teams in food preparation and service-related duties. A day in the life of a Hotel Evening Chef would include Preparing a range of high-quality dinner dishes from seasonal menus across our hotel restaurants. Being confident in providing excellent menu knowledge and having the ability to to adhere to allergen and dietary requirements where necessary Adhering to the highest standard of Health and Safety as well as Food Safety both with the products that are served and within the working environment Supporting with deliveries and ensuring stock is stored correctly and safely Preparing dishes of high quality in a timely manner Working as part of a team to ensure the operation runs smoothly What is required for this role?
