* Own the HR system approvals for new positions and position changes, ensuring all positions align with the agreed and communicated grading, salary benchmarking, and titling convention.
* Completion of regular external benchmarking surveys.
* Responsible for the maintenance of compensation data. Through regular auditing, as well as working closely with relevant stakeholders, in particular our HR shared services, payroll, and HR systems teams, ensure that our compensation data remains accurate and up to date.
* Point of escalation for reward queries from the Total Reward Administrator that will come in from across HR and the wider business, acting as a source of expertise, working collaboratively to find a solution.
* Responsible for review and improvement of existing Reward processes. Ensure all processes are fully documented. Identify opportunities for improvement, streamlining and work with relevant stakeholders to implement change, with input from the wider team as required.
* Provide accurate MI and analysis from multiple HR systems for external benefits suppliers and relevant internal contacts.
* Responsible for maintaining employee data for use for Total Reward purposes.
* Provide cover for the Total Reward Administrator, Reward Analyst and Benefit Senior Coordinator, as necessary.

What do I need?

Capability, Knowledge and Experience:

* Proficient with Microsoft Excel
* Knowledge of at least one area of Total Reward (Compensation, Benefits, Recognition, Pension, Wellbeing) and be willing and able to upskill on the other areas.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
* Strong, organisational and time management skills.
* Proven ability to use own initiative to deliver results within a demanding environment.
* Good understanding of job evaluation methodologies, preferably Willis Towers Watson Global Grading.
* A keen attention to detail and ability to map out essential reward processes will be required.
