With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, on-time projects, are looking for a talented Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. Turnover stands at £10m currently. The Role As a Quantity Surveyor, you will manage the commercial aspects of construction projects, ensuring they stay within budget and are delivered on time. Key responsibilities include cost estimation, procurement, managing subcontractor relationships, and handling contract administration. You will work closely with the project management team to support successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Prepare cost estimates and manage project budgets. Assist with tendering, procurement, and subcontractor management. Administer contracts, including valuations and final accounts. Produce regular cost reports and assist with project forecasting.
