Think Accountancy & Finance is partnering with a global, innovative business to find an Accounts Assistant, with an Accounts Payable focus to join their Hemel team.

This role will covers the full Purchase Ledger process, as well as playing a key part in the finance team, ensuring smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Process accounts payable invoices and maintain purchase orders
Monitor aged creditors and manage month-end payment runs
Post bank payments, intercompany transactions, and employee expenses
Maintain company credit cards and complete balance sheet reconciliations
Provide ad hoc support to wider team
What We're Looking For:
MUST have 2-3 years' experience in accounts payable / finance role
AAT qualifications are desirable
Strong Excel
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Positive, confident and proactive attitude
Excellent organisation and multi-tasking skills
Team player with the ability to work independently and adapt to change
