I’d Love to see CVs from anyone who has worked as a Damp and Mould Surveyor within social housing. As a Damp and Mould Surveyor you will be: • Carry out general day-to-day maintenance tasks. • Conduct reactive maintenance and damp and mould inspections. • Schedule and coordinate day-to-day repair work. • Identify the root cause of maintenance issues and oversee trades on site while they carry out repairs. I’d love to speak to anyone who has: • Experience in diagnosing repairs and undertaking repairs inspections to residential properties • Ability to work at pace and adapt to change • Experience within social housing • Experience with carrying out damp and mould inspections The interim role is offering: • Hybrid working • Weekly pay Via Umbrella • The role is offering a competitive hourly rate of £35-37 per hour Location & Travel This role is a hybrid opportunity with in Worcestershire.
