âïž About the Role
As a ULD Coordinator, youâll be at the heart of DHL Aviationâs daily operation â making sure the right equipment is in the right place at the right time. Youâll work with airlines, ground handlers, colleagues across Europe, and our commercial teams to keep planes moving and our network running seamlessly.
This is a role for someone who loves problemâsolving, enjoys a fast operational environment, and takes pride in accuracy and organisation.

đ What Youâll Be Doing
* Ensuring stock levels of all ULD types are always ready for our Network & Commercial operations
* Securing ULDs from airlines to meet nextâday uplift requirements
* Producing daily documentation for 3rdâparty handlers
* Monitoring adâhoc flights and adjusting equipment needs
* Using DHLâs operational systems: RUM, AS400, CALMS, NMIV, FTR, RAFI
* Responding quickly and confidently to lastâminute changes
* Prioritising your own workload â and occasionally supporting the teamâs
* Joining UK & EU stakeholder calls to support daily operations
* Distributing equipment to EMA / BRU / SDC and maximising network efficiencies
* Working with handling agents, 3rdâparty shippers, and Airside Ops
* Conducting daily ULD inventories and managing audit trails
* Ensuring GSOP compliance and contributing to team KPIs
* Supporting ULD Senior Agent projects
* Building wider NCC skills and working towards CIS accreditation
* Promoting a strong Health & Safety culture throughout your role

* Clear and confident communication skills
* Strong attention to detail â accuracy is key
* Understanding of DHL systems (CALMS, RUM, AS400, etc.)
* Operational experience
* Good PC skills, especially Excel
* Ability to work independently

* Excellent organisation and planning skills
