What you’ll do
* Carry out all spa treatments to the required standards, ensuring the specific treatment time is adhered to.
* Assess guest needs and inquire about contraindications (e.g., allergies, high blood pressure, pregnancy) before beginning service.
* Be responsible for your working areas, ensure equipment is fully operational and clean, and report any defects.
* Adhere to Health and Safety regulations by using safe work practices.
* Attend any appropriate training courses required to offer all treatments.
* Keep up to date with current techniques related to the product ranges and any new treatments.
* Provide ultimate client care to all guests, giving them an unforgettable and lasting treatment experience.
* Maximize revenue opportunities by offering and suggesting future treatments or products.
