Do you have a solid background in construction sales? Ready to take charge of your own patch and grow a portfolio with real potential? We’re hiring a Territory Sales Manager (TSM) to lead and expand customer accounts across Manchester, with a focus on recycling and aggregates. What You’ll Be Doing: Lead and grow sales across your region with a focus on recycling and aggregate solutions Develop and deliver a winning territory strategy focused on volume, revenue & profit Connect with new and existing clients through face-to-face and digital channels Sell value-added products and services that build long-term relationships What You Bring: Proven experience in construction or building materials sales Knowledge of aggregates and recycling services highly desirable Knowledge of muck away preferable, but not essential A proactive, goal-driven mindset with strong commercial acumen Confidence using digital tools to build and maintain customer relationships Passion for growing market share and exceeding targets Why Heidelberg Materials?
