Main Responsibilities This role requires a dedicated approach to food production, quality control, and customer service: Culinary Execution: Bring our innovative menus to life, following our recipes designed with maximum nutrition and flavour in mind. Service Delivery: Support the team in ensuring every student and staff member receives a consistently fantastic dining experience, delivered in line with all company standards. Compliance & Safety: Champion the highest standards of Food Hygiene, Allergen control, and Health and Safety compliance across the kitchen. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain positive professional relationships with both clients and customers, acting as a friendly face of our service. Ideal Candidate We are looking for a skilled professional who shares our unwavering passion for maintaining the highest standards of food and service: Proven craft-based experience utilising fresh ingredients, preferably gained within a high-volume or education catering setting. Hold Food Hygiene Level 2 or 3 certification (further advanced training will be provided). Possess excellent, up-to-date knowledge of Health and Safety practices within a professional kitchen environment. Demonstrate strong self-motivation, creativity, and the ability to proactively use your own initiative to improve kitchen processes and presentation. A full UK driving licence
