Are you an experienced children's senior support worker who is looking for a new adventure?
Salary: up to £36,264.00 per annum, based on £12.95 to £14.00 per hour (dependent on qualification) and £60 per sleep. Opportunities to pick up extra shifts. Overtime paid at an enhanced rate.
Hours: 2 days on, 4 days off shift pattern (with sleep nights). We are a 365-day-a-year service due to the nature of our work. Rota given in advance.

Essential requirements for a Senior Children's Home Support Worker:
* A minimum of 12 months experience in a children's residential care home
* Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare
* A full UK driving licence
* Full right to work in the UK with no restrictions
* Knowledge of Ofsted regulations, expectations, and best practices
* Values aligned with Esland's, such as a therapeutic, person-centred approach to childcare
* Applicants must be aged 21 or above due to industry regulations

The Role:
Hickory House is a 2-bed home offering crisis intervention and trauma-informed therapeutic care. Our young people participate in educational and recreational activities like bowling, ice skating, trampoline parks, and cinema visits.
