Location: Joules, Braintree, England, United Kingdom
Employment type: Part-time; 8hrs per week with shifts: Tue 16:15 - 20:15 and Thu 11:00 - 15:00. Flexible working options are available. Availability required for Wednesday 24 December 2025 and Friday 26 December 2025.
Note: This is a seasonal Christmas temporary role focused on delivering a high level of customer service and contributing to store targets.
About the Role
Step into a role as a Seasonal Christmas Temporary Sales Assistant working in one of our retail stores, where you will create an amazing shopping experience. You will combine your understanding of Joules products with a friendly, welcoming approach to provide exceptional customer service within the store. You will be the face of Joules, focusing on understanding store targets and delivering to customers’ needs in a way unique to the Joules brand.

About You
You will be part of a team and help ensure retail operational standards on the shop floor and back of house are maintained at all times. Whatever the task, you’re passionate about doing it better and realising your retail potential.
