Key Duties
1. Create and approve orders using the Global Project Management System
2. Ensure all orders and paperwork are accurate and complete
3. Input data accurately and maintain system records
4. Respond to queries and support general administration
5. Carry out ad‑hoc tasks as required by your Line Manager
Requirements
6. GCSEs (or equivalent), including English and Maths
7. Strong data entry skills and good Excel knowledge
8. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
9. Strong written and verbal communication skills
10. Able to prioritise workload in a fast‑paced environment
Desirable: Experience in a GMP or operational environment
Pay & Hours
11. £14.86 per hour
12. Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.00pm
