Volair seeks a dynamic and enthusiastic Swimming Teacher to join our successful team at Huyton Leisure Centre, delivering our Swim Programme.
As a Swimming Teacher, you will help people of all ages and abilities learn to swim, develop water safety skills, and foster a love of swimming.
Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver engaging swim lessons tailored to individual needs and skill levels.
* Instruct proper swimming techniques, water safety, and pool etiquette.
* Provide positive reinforcement and encouragement to build confidence.
* Ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all swimmers.
* Maintain accurate attendance and progress records.
* Inspire and motivate students to achieve their swimming goals.
* Be a positive role model with a fun, engaging approach.
* Support the programme of activities and sessions.
Qualifications
* Strong swimming ability and understanding of proper techniques.
* Minimum of [Required Swim Instruction Certification] (e.g., ASA Level 2 or STA Level 2 Certificate).
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patience skills.
* Ability to engage and motivate students.
* Fun, energetic personality and a passion for swimming.
