About Us
TLO Film Services supplies vehicles to film and television productions across the UK. We manage bookings, schedules and logistics to ensure vehicles arrive on set on time and on budget.
We operate in a structured, commercially disciplined way. Clear communication, accountability and strong decision-making matter here.
About the Role
We're looking for a commercially strong Production Coordinator who can take full ownership of productions, manage clients confidently and protect commercial outcomes.
You will manage projects from first enquiry through to completion. This includes controlling budgets, negotiating pricing, confirming bookings properly and ensuring scope changes are handled correctly.
You'll be trusted to make decisions, hold boundaries and keep work commercially under control. This is an ownership role, not just administrative support.
You will manage multiple live productions at the same time, so organisation, confidence and calm decision-making are essential.

Scheduling & Coordination
* Keeping the diary fully accurate and aligned with reality
* Confirming drivers and resources properly
* Chasing confirmations where required
* Ensuring upcoming bookings are locked in ahead of time
Systems & Accuracy
* Keeping all production records accurate and current

* Updating systems immediately when changes occur
