Role
* We are seeking a solicitor with 2+ years' PQE who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and forward‑thinking team handling a broad range of high‑quality corporate and commercial matters.
* You will advise a varied client base including SMEs, owner‑managed businesses, and larger corporate organisations.
* You will be responsible for a caseload of corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, shareholder agreements, commercial contracts, joint ventures and general corporate advisory work.
* The role offers excellent client exposure, genuine career progression opportunities, and the chance to work closely with experienced senior lawyers and partners.
Skills Required
* Applications are sought from Corporate Commercial Solicitors with a minimum of 2 years' PQE.
* Strong technical and drafting skills.
* Excellent communication and client care abilities.
* A proactive and commercial approach.
* The ability to manage matters independently while working collaboratively within a team.
