We are looking for a Support Worker to join a 5-bed therapeutic home, set in the beautiful East Sussex countryside. The home sits on 11 acres of peaceful land, featuring farm animals, small pets, and an on-site equine facility-all of which play a key role in the children's care and development.
We are looking for a Support Worker to join the team, working with individuals with learning disabilities, autism (ASD), and complex needs. In this role, you will provide essential care and guidance, helping residents progress towards greater independence.

Location: Eastbourne
Salary: £12.50 per hour
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

What You'll Be Doing:
* Support children with autism and complex needs in their daily lives

What We're Looking For:
* A compassionate and resilient individual with a passion for social care
* At least 6 months of experience in a UK social care setting
* An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
* The right to work in the UK
* A valid driving license and access to a car (due to the rural location)
