This role will focus on delivering legal advice and services relating to land and property matters, supporting governance and ensuring compliance with Council protocols. Key Responsibilities: Provide legal advice on land, property, trusts, company law and charity law. Draft, review and complete property-related legal documents (leases, transfers, licences, etc). Support officers and members with decision-making and governance. Work independently on complex matters while contributing to the wider legal team. What the client is looking for: Qualified Solicitor or Barrister. Minimum 1-year PQE in property/land law or commercial conveyancing. Strong drafting, negotiation and communication skills.
