Central Employment are working with a leading North East and now global eCommerce Retailer, as they look to appoint a Head of Performance Marketing, to drive further online growth, executing there eCommerce performance marketing strategy.
Head of Performance Marketing profile:
This leadership role bridges technical expertise and commercial insight to deliver a best-in-class digital shopping experience. You'll own the online P&L, define and deliver the eCommerce roadmap, and lead a high-performing team to drive digital revenue, customer retention, market expansion across all brands.
Responsibilities of the Head of Performance Marketing:-
1. Lead the eCommerce function across all websites and digital platforms, aligning trading strategy with broader business goals and growth ambitions.
2. Lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of performance marketing campaigns, including paid search, paid social, affiliate, and display, to drive traffic, acquisition, and revenue.
3. Define the ecommerce roadmap, prioritising customer experience, conversion optimisation, and operational efficiency.
4. Drive continual improvement of the user journey across website and app, working closely with UX/UI, development, and creative teams to optimise performance and functionality.
