Our client is looking to welcome a Financial Adviser into their team, to advise clients as appropriate to their circumstances and objectives. This position will be a hybrid working role, with travel into their head office (based in Horsham) 1-2 times each week.
Financial Adviser - Key Responsibilities:
* To hold client meetings to update them on the performance of their portfolio, meetings will be face-to-face at their home, our office or by video call
* Assess client’s overall financial picture, understand their needs and develop a solid financial plan
* Determine clients’ expenses, level of income, protection coverage, their financial objectives and goals, tax status and risk tolerance
* Answer clients’ questions and address concerns
* Give advice to clients about protection coverage, investment planning, cash management or any other areas in order to help them reach their financial goals
* To compile the post review outcome letter
* Work collaboratively with the team to achieve common goals and deliver exceptional client service
* Continuous development of a client bank and maximising opportunities, ensuring profitable relationships are built
Financial Adviser - Requirements:
* Experienced or Chartered Financial Adviser with 1+ years of experience
* Valid Driving Licence
* Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
* Good time-management skills
* Highly self-motivated with the ability to offer excellent financial advice
* Able to work in a team environment
