This growing brand is seeking an experienced Senior Dress Buyer to join and lead the team for a 12-month MAT cover.
About the Role:
* Work closely with the Head of Buying to execute comprehensive buying strategies.
* Collaborate with the CEO and team on sustainability initiatives.
* Identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and market opportunities.
* Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis.
* Maintain communication with suppliers and vendors.
* Monitor and analyze sales performance and inventory levels.
About You:
* Minimum of 6 years’ experience in a similar role.
* Experience managing a team.
* Strong negotiation and communication skills.
