Responsibilities will include;
* Delivering projects within timescale and budget
* Carry out structural analysis and design across various materials, including concrete, steel, masonry, and timber Managing a design team
* Apply engineering judgment to develop pragmatic solutions, considering site constraints, design briefs, buildability, and sustainability.
* Maintaining and developing relationships with clients, contractors and architects
* Produce or oversee clearly presented calculation reports for Building Control approvals
* Helping the practice to maintain a modern and progressive image both in the way in which it operates and how it treats it’s staff
