Location: Blackpool (On-Site)

Rate: Competitive (Inside IR35)
Scope of Work
* Floorwalking to provide end-user support
* Patching and resolving technical issues
* Triaging incidents and escalating where required
* Working collaboratively with the OSS team to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
* Active SC Clearance (essential)
* Strong desktop/support engineering experience
* Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
* Ability to work on-site for the full duration, including weekend coverage
