About the Role
The site produces a range of chilled foods for major retail customers and your key responsibilities will include:
* Working closely with production teams, providing technical support to improve and maintain food safety and quality standards.
* Supporting traceability exercises, allergen controls, and non-conformance investigations.
* Assisting with internal, retailer, and BRC audits.
* Helping to manage specifications, calibration systems, and technical documentation.
About You
* Degree qualified in Food Science or similar, or with prior experience in a technical/quality role in food production.
* Basic knowledge of food safety systems and standards (HACCP, BRC, GMP).
* Proactive approach to food safety and able to prioritise a busy workload.
* Confident working with colleagues at all levels.
