Internship – Recruitment Coordinator– Leicester
**You must be a 2nd year University Student within the UK, on a 4 year course and commit to a 12 month placement from July 2026**
The Opportunity

We are looking for talented individuals to join our 2026 Intern Programme in Enterprise Solutions at Hays, working with some of the largest clients within the UK.

You will have responsibility for providing coordination and administration support within the Hays onsite recruitment team, which is an integral role within the team, with exposure to senior stakeholders in one of Hays’ most prominent clients.

What should I expect in the Internship?
Our award-winning intern programme will give you a unique insight into the world of work and hands-on experience of life in business.
In this placement you will be working in an area of the business called Enterprise Solutions.
Within Enterprise Solutions you will focus on working with one of the largest contracted accounts at Hays to optimize their workforce planning, talent acquisition and talent management processes.
Our 12-month internship will see you being responsible for:
* Data integrity and provision of regular management information to partners
* Working alongside existing Recruitment Partners, Sourcing Partners and the Team leaders with interview scheduling and diary management
* Attending recruitment events
* Screening of CV’s and contracts generation
* Translate job descriptions into compelling advertising copy to be used on relevant digital channels.
* Being the point of contact for internal hiring managers, third party suppliers and Recruitment Consultants
What you’ll need to succeed
* Passion to succeed and be part of a fast-paced inclusive environment.
* To be analytically minded, with a strong working knowledge of MS Outlook and Excel Knowledge.
* Strong Communication Skills, ability to build relationships with Senior Stakeholders
* A Proactive Person who enjoys problem solving and getting to the root cause of queries
* High attention to detail
