Due to the spread of our clients across Oxford, including Kidlington, Wallingford, Abingdon, Burford, Witney and Carterton, you’ll need to be a driver with access to your own vehicle.

* Minimum call time of 1 hour, so you have the time to care for your client
* You’ll be paid 45p a mile plus your time travelling

What you’ll be doing as a Care Assistant
* Provide support, companionship, and personal care to clients living independently in their own homes
* Support clients’ daily living activities with a compassionate and patient approach
* Use your valid driving licence and personal vehicle to travel to client homes as required
* Assist with medication and health‑care routines ensuring safety and comfort
* Report and document care activities accurately to the care team
* Maintain a proactive and supportive relationship with clients and their families
Qualifications & Requirements
* Reliable, compassionate and patient individual with a genuine interest in supporting others
* Valid UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle (45p per mile paid)
* Willingness to undertake a Standard Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check
* No prior experience required – training and ongoing support are provided
* Commitment to an hourly or flexible schedule as per client needs
