We are looking for a Store Manager in London Portobello Road, 40hours.


What our Store Managers do

* Lead with energy and purpose by driving sales, motivating your team, and creating a positive in-store atmosphere.
* Recruit, onboard, and train to build a skilled and confident team with strong optical knowledge and excellent customer care.
* Drive performance by tracking KPIs and supporting the team in reaching sales and satisfaction goals, working closely with HQ as one unified team.
* Manage daily operations by handling scheduling, inventory, and ensuring efficient workflows.
* Deliver standout service by guiding customers through every step of the eye test journey with care and expertise.
* Apply your optical skills by helping customers choose the right frames and lenses, carrying out precise adjustments, and cutting lenses to specification.

Are there opportunities to grow in-store?


Yes! Clear career paths exist from Retail Assistant to Assistant Store Manager to Store Manager. You can also train as a Refractionist or study to become a certified Optician, with financial and training support where applicable.


Do I need prior experience in retail or optics to join a store?


No - we welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds. Full onboarding, hands‑on training and ongoing support will help you succeed in your role.
