Role: Civil Litigation Solicitor (1–3 PQE)
Location: Enfield, North London
Salary: £35,000 – £50,000 per annum
The Role - You will become part of a supportive and ambitious team in a positive working environment where professional growth is actively encouraged. This is a full-time, permanent, office-based position offering exposure to a broad range of civil litigation matters.
Working alongside experienced solicitors, you will manage your own caseload while benefiting from mentoring and development opportunities. Your focus will be on delivering high-quality legal services, handling matters from instruction through to resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing a varied caseload of civil litigation matters, including:
Contractual disputes
Negligence claims
Debt recovery actions
Commercial disputes
Building disputes
Misrepresentation cases
Inheritance Act claims
Contested probate matters
Providing clear, practical advice to clients while maintaining excellent client relationships.
Ensuring all matters are handled efficiently and to the highest professional standard.
The Candidate:
1–3 years PQE with experience in civil litigation.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently while being a supportive team player.
Client-focused, with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
