This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking RIBA chartered practice who provide their expertise to the commercial and residential sector. They are on the lookout for a talented Architectural Technician to join their expanding team in Stockport.

Duties
* Manage and deliver residential and commercial projects from inception through to completion
* Prepare building regulation packages and submit planning applications
* Undertake site visits and surveys to ensure technical compliance and high quality
* Liaise with clients and consultants to ensure successful delivery of projects
Skills and experience
* Relevant degree within architectural technology or architecture
* Strong post qualification experience as an Architectural Technician within a UK practice
* Proficiency with ArchiCAD is advantageous
* Experience working on projects within the residential and commercial sectors
* Strong working knowledge of UK building regulations
* Excellent technical and presentation skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent communication or organisational skills
* Live within a commutable distance to the Southport area
