We are currently seeking an organised and proactive Construction Administrator to support a busy project.. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills and experience within the Housing Development Sector.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing day-to-day administrative support to the project and site teams
* Managing and maintaining project documentation, drawings, and registers
* Coordinating inductions, site access, and compliance paperwork
* Assisting with meeting minutes, reports, and correspondence
* Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants
* Supporting commercial and delivery teams with general admin duties
* Ensuring records are accurate and updated in line with project requirements
Requirements
* Previous experience in a construction or Development Sector (essential)
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Experience using document management systems (advantageous)
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
