About the Role:
Salary: £14.46 - £15.46 per hour, depending upon experience
Location: Swindon
Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 16:30
Contract: TemporaryKey Accountabilities:
Working within a team and independently when required
Adhere to safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) when necessary
Repair fire-rated doors in accordance with fire regulations, safety regulations and manufacture guidelines
Ensure compliance with fire safety regulations, including fire ratings, smoke sealing and door clearances
Install and maintain fire rated door hardware, including locks, hinges, and closersEssential Skills
Completion of a recognised appropriate Apprenticeship or other relevant structured Training Program
NVQ 2 Carpentry (Required)
BM Trada Trained (Desired)
All aspects of fire door inspection and maintenance (Desired)
Good communication and customer service skills
