Our client is a market-leading professional services firm with a strong presence in Asset Management consulting. They are seeking an experienced Programme Director to lead end-to-end delivery of a complex, multi-workstream transformation programme within a regulated environment.

* 12–15+ years leading complex, multi-workstream transformation programmes
* Proven experience in regulated Financial Services (Asset Management essential)
* Strong background in operating model, service management or large-scale transformation
* Executive governance and SteerCo experience
* Strong commercial and stakeholder management capability
Role and Reporting Lines
Reporting directly to the Partner sponsor, you will lead the overall programme mandate and execution across multiple workstreams.
* Programme Mandate – Establish and maintain the programme mandate, roadmap and clear line of sight from strategy to execution
* Governance Leadership – Set up and run SteerCo and Working Group forums, managing decision logs and escalations
* Integrated Planning – Sequence and integrate all workstreams ensuring alignment and dependency management
* Executive Narrative – Own sponsor briefings and leadership communications across the programme
* Delivery Assurance – Oversee risk, issue, benefit tracking and quality gate controls
* Stage Gate Management – Ensure structured approvals and milestone governance
* Stakeholder Alignment – Drive clarity and alignment across senior executive stakeholders
* Execution Oversight – Maintain outcome-focused delivery and programme accountability
